Behind the Mask
Every hero has an origin story. Mine begins in New Iberia, Louisiana, where I grew up as a twin in a family of five siblings. From my mom, a small business owner, I learned the importance of listening to people’s needs and serving them with care. From my dad, I learned that hard work and quality are the true marks of character. Together, those lessons became the foundation of who I am today.
My journey in technology started with earning a degree in Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University. From there, I built my career step by step: as an IT Specialist at the Louisiana Methodist Children’s Home, where a young resident once told me he loved IT because of how people smiled when I fixed things; as a Systems Engineer at Bridgestone, supporting manufacturing software and plant operations; and as a Plant Applications Specialist at Chevron Phillips Chemical. Each role reinforced one truth—technology isn’t just about machines, it’s about people.
That truth is at the core of Digital Heroes. We don’t just repair and secure technology—we protect, empower, and support the people who rely on it. Whether it’s restoring a phone, deploying a business system, or building someone’s online presence, we act as guardians in the digital world.
And when I’m not suiting up as a digital hero, you’ll find me collecting sports cards like relics of great victories or diving into video games where quick thinking and teamwork decide the day. For me, every challenge—whether in tech, business, or play—is just another mission waiting to be conquered.
